Overview
Maqueen from DFRobot is a compact educational robot platform built for micro:bit and designed for STEAM learning through graphical programming. It is aimed at beginners and classroom use, with a simple setup that helps students start exploring coding, logic, and science concepts quickly.
The robot supports MakeCode out of the box, and the source material notes future support for Scratch and Python. It also works with DFRobot’s Mind+ graphical programming platform. Please note that the micro:bit board and batteries are not included.
Maqueen includes features such as line-following sensors, LED lights, ambient RGB lighting, an ultrasonic interface, a buzzer, I2C support, and expansion options for additional projects.
