Overview

DFRobot’s Maqueen Plus V2 is a micro:bit-based educational robot designed for STEM and STEAM learning. This 18650 battery version includes an onboard charging circuit and supports micro:bit V1 and V2, but the micro:bit board and battery are not included.

The platform is built for classroom use, after-school practice, and robot competitions. It offers multiple expansion ports, line-tracking sensors, an ultrasonic module, IR receiver support, buzzer, and lighting features, making it suitable for a wide range of coding and robotics exercises.

Compared with earlier Maqueen models, this version adds a deeper storage box, a frosted acrylic bottom plate, updated line-tracking sensor layout, and an SR04 ultrasonic sensor for easier installation. It is also compatible with tools such as HuskyLens AI camera and Maqueen Mechanic kits.
